There are a lot of subjects student s are learning. Foreign language is something they can learn with their choice instead of compulsion. We do not need to impose so many things on students..

I found this story (source unknown) I found it very interesting and worth sharing.. A worried woman went to her Doctor and said : 'Doctor, I have a serious problem and desperately need your help! My baby is not even 1 yr. old and I'm pregnant again. I don't want kids so close together.' So the doctor said: 'Ok, and what do you want me to do?' She said: 'I want you to perform an abortion, and I'm counting on your help with this.' The doctor thought for a little, and after some silence he said to the lady: 'I think I have a better solution for your problem. It's less dangerous for you too.' She smiled, thinking that the doctor was going to accept her request. Then he continued: 'Y...

Almost 6 atheletes have been tested positive for dope. This happened under Ukranian coach Yuri Ogorobonik. This incident is very unfortunate. We all expect coaches to teach ethics before the sport and do not expect a sports person to indulge in any of such practices. The shining names have now lost hopes of ever appearing in olympics too.. The names include Ashiwini, Mandeep and Sini .. the members of the famed women's 4x400 metres relay team that won the gold medal in the Commonwealth Games and the Asian Games last year. Ashiwini also won the gold in the 400 metres hurdles at the Asian Games.. Quarter-milers Ashwini Akkunji, Mandeep Kaur, Sini Jose, Juana Murmu, Priyanka Pawar, Tiana Mary ...

I sometime think that what divided us. How were religions and caste formed and how this thought that men are stronger than women and this is a man's world come into existence??  I still have no answer. The only thing I understand is there are two possibilities : 1. We were created by God 2. It is evolution  In both the cases we were created in same manner. No one was big or small. There were no castes , communities and fights. Our fore fathers created that. This was then inserted into the society. This is just a creation and why have we taken it in such a serious sense? Should not we think on our own that what the reality is..  We are were created the same way and no one is bigger than o...

In spite of remarkable achievements in various fields, man is unhappy. But everything will be fine for him, if only he learns to be humble and accept the fact that what he thinks he has gained, was made possible for him by God. Such faith is necessary as the first step for his spiritual advancement even while he lives in this materialistic world. Saint Ramadas once visited a Hanuman Temple. The priest, who felt himself to be a very important person, went out to fetch some water, ignoring the presence of Ramadas, who prostrated behind his back. This was repeated even after the priest returned. The peculiar conduct of the visitor surprised the priest, who asked him why he prostrated behind h...
