Termination is not a good stratargy .Give some time and chance to change the employee . Give him motivation and training if he is unable to change him self take proper decision in favor of company. |
I will suggest to make proper checkseet to see the history of machine .Some part may change frequently they must be focus more.Machine operator must be trainned to see all malfunction or may report intime . |
