Presently working for Prateek Lifestyle Ltd. (Bangalore) of Phool Chand group since January 2009 as a Retail Merchandiser of 50 stores in Bangalore and 34 stores in south and north India. Responsibilities are: â Prepare Buying Plan/OTB based on sales plan or target for year/quarter/Month, ASP analysis done to arrive at quantity. â Prepare merchandise plan store wise: QTY / Style / SKU / Gender / Concept / Product type wise using sell through analysis as tool. â Allocation of merchandise for all stores based on the quantity requirement as per Style / Gender / Concept / Product. â Raising PO Finalizing quantities, delivery dates and raising production order to vendors. â Inventory Control: Regular Inventory level checks. â Replenishment of store based on sales performance and stock on hand. â Analyzing sales trend of merchandise: studying every aspect of the best and and worst to take proper action. â Regular sell through analysis and updating and designers and product development team to correct the range for the next season. â Allocation for the upcoming new store as per projected sale. â Coordinating with supply chain and logistics department for allocation of merchandise.
