Maam, I whole heartedly agree with you. Fast, prompt persnalised service is definately a key to achieving guest satisfaction. Actually more than that it is the way you or the staff handles a particular guest.

I don't agree with Nirmal here that there are less openings in the Hotel Industry.....one of my cousin is doing his BHM course in PESIT college in Bangalore he had done his internship from Grand Ashok...and did various small stints at various...

but wat about the money that students take frm bank in the form of huge loans for completing the hotel management course??? how long to do this internships/////////we as a student already do this internship while we are doing this course......
