	I am bit surprised..I don't hear or see anyone become project manager as soon as he joins in a company. Every one should know the basics before they move up in the ladder. Otherwise you will not have a control over them. I would suggest you to see...

	I am bit surprised..I don't hear or see anyone become project manager as soon as he joins in a company. Every one should know the basics before they move up in the ladder. Otherwise you will not have a control over them. I would suggest you to see...
