Never.. we should not legalize the sale of human organ. In India, theres a lot of poverty, so if it will be legalized there will be a lot of crimes to kill the people for their body organ. and off course the poor people will use to sell there organs...

Yes it should be legalized. The tendency may be toward reimbursement of costs rather than actual payments. A legal, ethical organ market could save thousands of human lives, but it must be correctly regulated......
