There are a lot of "un-explored" regions and areas in our own country itself. Why do you want to go abroad.

though i don't know what the employers keep a basic trend in their minds, i would go for the technical conceptual clarity and diplomacy in the candidate which can sustain in the market ambience more perfectly and allow for his/her rapid growth.
Kiran Tiwari  |  Argues in support of  "Honesty , Dedication & Basic subject knowledge"  |  1 year ago
I believe how honest a candidate is while answering your questions is more important compared to how well he is able to manipulate or how clear his technical concepts are.  You can invest and train an honest candidate for technical knowledge but...

Rahul Gupta  |  Argues in support of  |  1 year ago
See...Politics can't be blamed for making anyone selfish or dishonest instigated inside an educational institution or at corporate level and even at much higher levels.. It is the power of an individual to get the air around him/her in his/her favor....

I think no one can influence your ethics and change your values. so being dishonest and selfish is not at all an acquired trait. In the words of Gandhiji, "don't let anybody walk into your mind with their dirty feet."
