I am presently working on a freelance basis with private equity emerging market funds seeking to set up operations in India. My key role is helping them establish their network (with deal intermediaries, diligence service providers, potential investee companies), helping them develop frameworks for investment evaluation and deal structuring in the Indian context; and conducting pre-due diligence studies into investee companies. 

 My experience encompasses several industries including real estate development and construction. My core expertise is in business planning and financial management including corporate finance and fund raising; and improving governance.
