Why do we worship tulasi ? In Sanskrit, tulanaa naasti athaiva tulasi - that which is incomparable (in its qualities) is the tulasi For Indians it is one of the most sacred plants. In fact it is known to be the only thing used in worship, which, once used, can be washed and reused in pooja - as it is regarded so selfpurifying. As one story goes, Tulasi was the devoted wife of Shankhachuda, a celestial being. She believed that Lord Krishna tricked her into sinning. So she cursed Him to become a stone ( shaaligraama ). Seeing her devotion and adhered to righteousness, the Lord blessed her saying that she would become the worshipped plant, tulasi that would adorn His head. Also that all offeri...

I sometime think that what divided us. How were religions and caste formed and how this thought that men are stronger than women and this is a man's world come into existence?? I still have no answer. The only thing I understand is there are two possibilities : 1. We were created by God 2. It is evolution In both the cases we were created in same manner. No one was big or small. There were no castes , communities and fights. Our fore fathers created that. This was then inserted into the society. This is just a creation and why have we taken it in such a serious sense? Should not we think on our own that what the reality is.. We are were created the same way and no one is bigger than o...

A European cult that mixes yoga with sex and pornography has been found to be operating out of Chennai.Training nearly 100 youngsters in yoga and 'tantric love' at a rented house in Chokalingam Nagar, Teynampet, for more than two years now, the Movement for Spiritual Integration in Absolute (Misa) is trying to spread across the country. A team of seven Misa teachers, nationals of Denmark and Romania, is now in the city for a special camp, titled 'Tantra — The Path of Love'. A majority of them, including the lead couple Mihai Stoian and Adina Stoian, have starred in porn movies produced by Copenhagen-based production house Sublime Erotica, which the Misa group has close ties with. Misa opera...

Must Read Difference Between Image and Picture IMAGE - An image of your self or anyone (Usually taken through Camera) PICTURE - A Picture is to draw something in the computer/real life. Difference Between 1G, 2G, 2.5G, 3G, Pre-4G and 4G 1G is the first generation cellular network that existed in 1980s. It transfer data (only voice) in analog wave, it has limitation because there are no encryption, the sound quality is poor and the speed of transfer is only at 9.6kbps. 2G is the second one, improved by introducing the concept of digital modulation, which means converting the voice(only) into digital code(in your phone) and then into analog signals(imagine that it fly's in the air)....
