Every one wants to invest money to get a better,quicker and safer  return.Very few will come forward to risk based on their right or wrong calculation and foresights would like to invest in a start up company.

high street  shops are much bigger than the Malls. Malls  are for higher middle class. street shops are for middle middle class and lower middle class whose numbers are enormous hence high profit and business in street shops
