I also think that stopping tax breaks won't affect IT exports in India since US firms have to continue outsourcing since it makes business sense for them. So, taking away tax breaks is not going to impact Indian IT industry.

Yeah that is a great Idea. Most of these folks working abroad can bring in $s to invest in businesses here. Govt should provide them such scope and openings. On the same lines... there is a lot of scope for Social entrepreneurship and innovation.
