In case of Arpit, i would have taken a month joining time in new organisation or would have taken medical leave. True, if the term is short.............what if it is a one year or more term... would it be OK to hide it in your Resume

when ever the work is assigned to the third party, they should just carry out the work not to dominate. Giving leadership to a third party is losing our strength. Outsourcing is given to carry out the work only and not to manage
