because of lots of functional difficulties face by SMEs like lack of basic infrastructure required to adopt IT efficiently and convert this adoption into positive outputs.Initial cost is also a big hurdle.

My experience is that if you encounter these large players it will take very long time to acchieve any business if your'e not allready a established player on the market.. Its better to target a tier 2 company or even tier 3 company.
