Since January 2010, working BIODIOVERSITY CONSERVATION INDIA PVT. LTD, Bangalore (BCIL) designated as Sales and Marketing Coordinator and directly report to General Manager (Sales Marketing) . I handle a 5 member team. My primary responsibilities include : Coordination with internet portals for generation of leads and finalise periodic contracts. Coordination with Ad Agencies / Newspaper with regard to finalization of advertisement material and release of advertisements after negotiating rates. Coordination with superiors and finalise plans for participating in national and international events/exhibition etc. Classification and distribution of leads received through portals with the assistance of telecallers. Tracking of conversion of leads, site visit reports, conversion to deals etc. Complete responsibility of Management Information System for the sales department. Upkeep and maintenance of all sales with regard to value and area.. Complete responsibility for maintenance of data for business done through Channel Partners. PREVIOUS Prior to joining BCIL, I worked with Religare Securities Limited, Bangalore for over one year as Relationship Manager. Religare is a renowned company which is into providing financial services including broking and advisory services. I was responsible for Customer perception towards the company Analysis on non trading clients and their impact on Revenue Understand the problems of Non-trading Clients and suggest solutions /ways to reduce the number of such Clients.
