Mr. Zec is the Segment Director for Microsoft in Croatia. He is in charge of managing ecosystem of 800+ partners and sales to small and midmarket customer market segments (35000+ entities). In two years his team achieved 85% revenue growth, which is four times more than average market growth.

Mr. Zec was Member of the Management Board and the Executive Director of Business Solutions Division for the largest Microsoft partner in Croatia. The division provided business consulting and ERP & CRM implementation, support, education and application development services. It was brought to profitability within first two years since inception and became one of the leading business solutions providers in Croatian market.

Mr. Zec was a Principal for this start-up professional services company. He was involved in strategy development, building of internal capabilities, development of service offering and business opportunities, project management and consulting.

Mr. Zec was a Consulting Manager and Senior Consultant on multiple projects for this system integration and consulting services company. Mr. Zec performed analysis of the client’s business, process and technical requirements; designed organizational/process solutions based on client’s business goals; defined project scope, schedules and resource planning; managed implementation projects and teams; executed solution implementation across enterprise, in single and multi-site environments; created client-specific documentation and training materials; and conducted training for management and users.

Mr. Zec was a Project Manager on multiple projects for this system integration and software development company. Mr. Zec designed, developed and implemented various integrated enterprise-wide business software applications for purchasing, warehousing, inventory control, sales, pricing, customs procedures, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, approval workflows and decision support. He has undergone several full project cycles of specification, design, development, data conversion, testing, training, go-live, and rollout; managed software development team and projects; managed software implementation team and projects. He also conducted pre-sales presentations and supported sales activities.
