Rashmi A Cuellar  |  Argues in support of  "cost"  |  1 year ago
Because they are cheap. And most of people are cheap in general! If we don't have to spend, we will not! And that mindset often leads to buying cheaper products.
G A Narayan  |  Argues in support of  "quality"  |  1 year ago
Agree with Mr.KLR. However, it is not possible to do the same things that the Chinese do due to labor problems or due to Unionized Labor. Having Super (State) Control on the Union has been a Boon for China and not having it is a Bane for India....
RAMESH KANDADAI  |  Argues in support of  "cost"  |  1 year ago
Cost is the only factor. The chinese manufacturers of practically any product are using the low cost to break all market barriers across the world. Obviously quality takes a beating.

If you are in it for the long term, dont even think of it, However if it is for the short term and are looking to make a good profit, then yes it is a agood idea.
Rashmi A Cuellar  |  Argues in support of  |  1 year ago
Depends on what we are looking for quality or quantity! But again in the end we don't want to end up being all about quantity or being cheap all the time. In certain things, quality does comes way ahead. And come on Indians, we are way ahead from China...
Amit Madhav  |  Argues in support of  "Risky Quality"  |  1 year ago
We all know it is cheap but will cheap is not all we need quality. After quality comes the cost.

If the boss is female, the female employees would be more comfortable sharing their problems with the boss. The boss in turn would be able to understand the needs of her female employees and get the work done better.
