It is not a question if it works, but does it work for you. Properly steered it can shape a product's lifecycle, but on its own (and given the advertising companies full freedom) it can burn your product prematurely. It is bad for business.

I think it is a good move. Visiting faculties are people retired from top industry or person having good teaching experience. They really provide good education compared to the permanent faculties. They relate their experience with the syllabus...
