Maintaining tracker for sourcing profiles, status of the candidates and other activities. Designing and coordinating induction and orientation for new recruiters. Hand holding of new employees at the time of their joining. Maintaining employee database and coordinating with business entities. Employee queries handling and resolution and day to day support with respect to Employee Self Service (ESS). Issuing of identity badges, Uniforms and safety protective equipments to all the workers Handling all forms of communication: Downward, upward and horizontal, huge email correspondences internal and external. Preparing and disbursing salary and other related allowances. Crafting offer letter and employee agreement contracts as per the instruction from the recruiters. Commercial salary negotiation with candidates in line with budgets as specified by the company. Undertaking Performance Appraisal Communicates on the appraisal schedules and process to be followed. Conducting Performance appraisal workshops for assessors to throw light on process and common appraisal errors on process and common appraisal errors. Industrial Labour Relations Attending labour courts for labour suits. Handling Trade Unions and liaison with trade union. Undertaking collective bargaining participation, suggestions and participation during agreements between Union and Management. Adhering to statutory compliances under Factories Act, ESI Act, PF and Miscellaneous Provisions Act. Filing of different annual returns under various labour laws. Responsible for Production Floor visit on daily basis to sort out labour problems and production problems. Undertaking Industrial Security Administration. Liasing with Government Organization like Labour Departments, Pollution Control, Bureau of Statistics, ESI, PF and all types of consultants. Dealing with the settlement of Medical Insurance Claims of all the categories of employees. Learning/ Development and Training Leading the training and development initiatives in the competency tracks relating to technical, process behaviour and leadership trainings. Designing training calendars, mapping faculty and ensuring timely and cost effective implementation of the same. Conducting Training on Effects of Absenteeism and other programmes. Proficiency in planning for and managing training budgets, in consultation with business leaders. Designing the content and curriculum of training programs with respect to key Job Indicators. Training needs identification and creation of the L and D - Road Map for the business unit. Administration/ Facility Handling Meticulously maintaining records, sending periodic reports. Undertaking end to end Labour Welfare administration activities consisting of Canteen Administration, Transport Administration, Guest House accommodation administration, Medical Insurance Hospitalization Scheme settlements and Airlines ticket bookings. Responsible for Garden maintenance of the Factory. Coordinating with Safety manager in respect of STP and ETP Plants. Undertaking total office, Curriculum and Library administration. Managing and supervising the catering department. | ||
