If job environment is not favorable then people can not concentrate on the work; it leads to increase in stress level in your life. WORK HAPPY-BE HAPPY.

Their is no point in selecting Abraham as per my view. Abraham was GM for 5 banks which were bankrupted; suppose the case was 4 banks were bankrupted and 5th bank was about to bankrupt but because of Abraham's ability of decision making bank was saved...
80% of the people change their job for salary only. changing the job of course creates new learning but not accepted with less salary. 20% people, unless and until a new break comes they change for new learning and experience to gather.
