When every job carries minimum certain qualifications, skill set and experience, isn't it funny that there is no such thing legally for someone to be a Minister ? At the position of a Minister either in the State govt. or at the Centre, one becomes a Minister by virtue of winning an election and being a member of a ruling coalition.Of course, we cannot deny the fact that some are well qualified and educated.
