My aim is to build a critical mass of support for a living concept in order to establish it as a framework in the professional world. Education space in its current format is limited as it is linked with achievements and performance in the corporate world. Education, instead has to adopt a joyous flow that will take everyone through a journey into 'real him". I came out of the corporate world and joined the academic space to inspire people towrds innovation, collboration and excellence. I am doing my research on my model AXELL which can infleunece the transformation of self (help individual to Reinvent Himself). Knowledge Economy has truely given muscles to all of us to achieve evrything that we seek. I am on the move with my Workshop "Reinvent Yourself", a workshop that inspires everyone to understand the feelings of inherent possibilities in journey towards excellence.
