Because of all the above pointsĀ I am diffident about the prognosis. I am not sure if we will haveĀ per capita income of USD 5 at today's ppp in 2060. I fervently hope that I have lost the plot and I am completely wrong.

What a beautiful question!!!! Thinkers(Read Mangers)Ā have to get work done from the doers. All their stategies will bite the dust if they are not do-able or not done right. So i think thinkers have to put the doers hat and it helps if they have...

Ā Ā Ā Ā  I have been listening the news about making 'Right to Education to children' as fundamental right by bringing suitable changes to Constitution of India. To be frank, I don't understand as to what is the use of bringing a law like 'Right to Education' with so much media hype. I have great respect for Sri Kapil Cibal a he is a great lawyer and a very knowledgeable person. But, I am not able to understand as to the use of spending so much time on passing law dealing with 'Right to Education'. Ā Ā Ā Ā  Part-III of Constitution of India deal with the Fundamental Rights. The entire concept has become very complicated to understand and if anyone clarifies me the scope of Part-III of constitution ...

Of course it does. Every child should get basic primary level of education at least till 14 yrs in the absence of which he won't be able to understand the society properly and won't be able to become a good citizen of our country.

While I am for Education for all, I am not sure on the follwoing: 1. I don't see any benefit to the politicians in this; on the other hand it will make dealing with an rights-aware electorate difficult. (Look at Kerala, which has a high literacy rate,...

Ā Ā Ā  Ā  Being part of legal profession, as a person who has seen litigation and practical difficulties, and looking at the public criticism, I am convinced that I can expose the greatness of legal profession and the true legal professionals. The greatness lies in the difficulties and also the qualities required to stand and to come-up in profession. While I deal with difficulties, I am not considering the privileged class. The difficulties are as follows: Ā Ā Ā  1.Ā  There is a general assumption that students who are poor in studies will take-up law. Ā Ā Ā  2.Ā  Looking at the professionals who suffer in life to make money and looking at the standards of some of the legal professionals, there is no ...
