Brief summary :
I am involved in streamlining the process and help the team in realising their potential areas and weaknesses in the processe involved. Develop tools in Ms.Access + VBA as this is more user friendly and similar to Visual Basic as far as database programming is concerned. Being a programmer in Visual Basic and Oracle, Ms.Access platform is more suitable for me as well as the process. Concerned with Automation projects as well. (where an application talks with another application) for eg: I write code in Ms.Access + VBA so that the out put is in Ms.Word according to the coding structures. This contributes in reduction of errors (careless) committed by processors. Reduces the formatting time with the processor almost from 0.30 hrs to 3-5mins max. and many other projects were developed. | ||

Brief summary :
Involved in deployment, installation and training the users. Working in tandem with Government of Andhra Pradesh in Adult Literacy Programme. CBFL (Computer based Functional Literacy) programme is a beautiful programme where an illiterate can read in 48 hours. Many other languages were developed by TATA Consultancy Services. This is a free tool, where in, if any one is interested in having this tool, can be had for free of cost. Served the company for 3 years and am incharge of deploying the programme in entire Andhra Pradesh with exception to few districts. J.J.Irani and other echlons of TATA Consultancy services, visited the learning centres. Development team from CDAC, TIFR and other fore front organisations appreciated the programme and its implementation over learning centres. This was published in EducationWorldOnline.org magazine also. This may be available in the archives. | ||
