Responsible for Floating of enquiries based on requirements and making price bid summary (PBS) of them. Follow up with the client/consultant and making new vendors (Vendor Development). Expediting the delivery of the material as per the requirement of the project. Responsible for Inspection of the material at vendor side. Responsible for coordination with engineering and procurement department. Bid Evaluation on basis of Commercial and Price comparisons. Making RFI (Request for Information) for the company. Negotiations regarding commercial and technical terms including Price negotiations. Incorporating the amendment in the BOQ on actual site condition basis. Responsible for maintaining and developing engineering standards. Since Aug10-Jan11 with Acme Telepower Ltd (10 MW CSP Plant-Solar Energy) Job Role and Responsibility Follow up with the client/consultant and making new vendors (Vendor Development). Bid Evaluation on basis of Commercial and Price comparisons. Negotiations regarding commercial and technical terms including Price negotiations. Interpretation of the Material specification sheet and Process Flow Diagrams. Since Apr10-Aug10 with Esteem Projects (P) Ltd (Fired Heaters-Oil and Gas) Making schedule for the project. Cost Estimation of the items to be procured, ensuring effective communication and coordinating with all disciplines of projects people/departments. Interpretation of the Material specification sheet and Process Flow Diagrams. Interpretation of Isometrics and drawing of isometrics. Since Jun08-Jul 09 with Ash and Alain India (P) Ltd, as Application Engineer (Automation) Job Role and Responsibility Solving Technical Queries of the customers and making specification sheets of pneumatic equipments.
