Handling Touchstone Brand at all India basis in Shop & Shop, franchisee, Duty Free, etc. formats.

Analyze marketing potential of new and existing store locations, Coordinate new store openings and/ or closing of existing locations.

Dealing and maintaining relationship with store management.

Assist in the recruitment and hiring of the most qualified team to meet the district’s needs, Conduct orientation, train and coach the management staff in execution of daily tasks and to maximize sales.

Ensure that proper channels of communication exist between the stores and headquarters, Help solve problems that affect the brand service, efficiency, and productivity.

Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

1)  Handling Kim’s counter in different locations.(Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, etc

2) Take daily & monthly reports from the Supervisors.

3) Recruits Sales staff & Supervisors for the counters.

4) Give training & product knowledge to staff.

5) Visit braches at regular intervals.

6) Open new counters in Shopper’s Stop, Brand Factory, Pantaloons, etc.

7) Check & fulfill the stock requirement in all stores.

8) Remove non-moveable & defective stock from the counters.

9) Make monthly Sales Reports & Staff performance report.
