Eicher Motors Ltd, Pithampur (MP) Engineer- Plant Engineering ( Dec 1986 to May 1992) Responsibilities: Actively involved in the erection and commissioning of Paint Shop and Cab Welding Shop Machines Establishing maintenance activities for the shops right from scratch with preventive maintenance, small automations, Kiazens, 5S and JIT line principles as main tools. Analysis of breakdowns, planning of preventive maintenance, spares management and inventory controls. Major Contributions: Successfully completed a pilot project of Total Productive Maintenance in Engine Assembly. Enfield India Limited, Ranipet (Unit of Eicher Limited) Executive Maintenance (Jun 1992 to Feb 1994) Major Contributions: Completed re-erection of the Chrome Plating Line and Nickel Coating Lines in record time.
