for a 22yrs old, motivation is 100% salary, but at 62 yrs motivation is >90% by a pc of paper (if not 100%)
anuradha  |  Argues in support of  "Hike in salary"  |  1 year ago
Unless and until hike in salary is given one cannot be motivated to work hard though every employee puts his/her hard work to the organisation he/she serves.
Indu Thakkar  |  Argues in support of  "Hike in salary"  |  1 year ago
No one can be happy with a piece of paper as long as it does not have a value.. (money too happens to be a piece of paper, but with value).. It is useless to keep on giving certificates because they just don't help.
