Fashion does not kill who we are from inside. If you value culture, you will still value certain traditions, despite being dressed otherwise! It depends on which values are closest to our hearts.
Rudrabhatla Srinivasa rao  |  Argues in support of  |  1 year ago

Corporal punishment can't bring the discipline in any child
BIBHASH ROY  |  Argues in support of  "Corporal punishment can bring better discipline"  |  1 year ago
A punishment can act as boomerang to the parents. Proper counselling and guidance are the two keys to make a children perfect. They are 21st century's children and they become mature enough at a very young age. Hence every truth must be revealed...

Swapna Das  |  Argues in support of  "Corporal punishment can't bring the discipline in any child"  |  1 year ago
No punishment is not the way to correct the children. I creates more arrogance in them and there are chances for repeating it again. But if you make them to understand and realize the problem they will never repeat it.......

Rudrabhatia, good debate I think retaining experienced persons will be better than recruiting new employee. You can save more money and time by retaining old employees. So until there is a need for freshers don't remove the old employee. Thanks.....
