The stress to maintain the reputation of being an IITian, dejected and ashamed because not many students flunk that often and the mounting stress to better and to have a good GPI or CPI is killing. |
IIT's should show make others aware what are the achievements girls have achieved. They should make sure that candidate passing out should help in spreading the word that girls are equal to boys they can also crack the nut. |
To make-up the gender ratio issue IIT's should make the road easy for the girls. Girls should be given a little relaxation in the selection process. This will ensure that more girls get chance to study in the IIT's also there will be a healthy study... |
