Designation : Manager - Program Management Department : Supply Chain Management The Key Result Areas; Program Management : Achieved overall TAT (Turn Around Time) for BSNL STM-1 (TJ1100,TJ1220,TJ1400) and STM-16 (ADM,MADM) project life cycle in one year (from design- Proto- Pilot- Mass production stage). Delivered more than 150K cards of STM-1 and 100K cards of STM-16 to customer (in one year) and achieved tight delivery target sets by management. Repair Centre : Improved TAT for RMA from Average 50 days to within 21 days by planning/utilizing the resources effectively and maintaining it consistently. Cleared backlog of 500 RMA systems within 5 months to bring it online. Online reports made available for management regarding RMA data. Job profile Program Management for NPI Work with the design team for initial BOM and work with the procurement team to get the material for proto build Work with CM for proto build test equipment/process/material requirement After delivering first proto, work with the design and product verification team for any changes in BOM/product and take necessary action on second proto build. Once proto is qualified, get the pilot build cards done based on the final BOM. Work with procurement team and contract manufacturer to achieve the target timeline. Program Management for Manufacturing Work with designer and then document team to get the production file ready for pilot and mass production Based on delivery plan from planning team, work with contract manufacturer (CM) and Tejas procurement team to get the material at CM place and plan the production build Work as focal contact person between Tejas and CM and get all the necessary information from internal team and share with the CM to get smooth production Work with CM to set up test infrastructure and process tooling to build up capacity to get required output as per shipment requirement from customer. Drive the Tejas production, planning, procurement, QA, PV, EPM, HSG team for seamless production at CM Heading Repair Centre team, which is responsible for clearing filed return RMA from end customer. Work with the NSG/sales team to get RMA details from customer Drive the team of 12 engineers and 6 technicians to achieve TAT (turn around time) of 21 days Work with the procurement team to get components, consumables etc required for debug Centre Plan and execute internal production as per requirement from planning and sales team | ||
