Well it depends upon purely Trffic load condition,ground condition, geological stratas, topographical situations,resource availability etc. Thus it is impossible to say any cost. It may range from 5 lacs to 5 crores per Km.

Harnam,I feel The steel for slabs @80-100 looks high unless we are taking flat slabs into account,beams can be a little higher at 350kg/m3

I think what you have given may be applicable for residential but for commerical i think it sholud be 5.5 to 6 kg/ sq.ft

4-4.5 kg/sq feet is for residentail but for commercial may be more in the ramge of 5-5.5 kg.sqfeet Memeber wise column will have 225-250 Kg.cum , Beams 225-250 kg/cum and slabs will have 80-100 kg/cum ( Per cum of concrete)
