Today everybody is running for an MBA. But can an MBA make a better manager? After engineering people go for MBA for better packages think that it will make them a better manager someday..... So, is an MBA required or is it necessary for managers?? |
Today I prefer Web based learning than the note/material thats been given in the college. It seems to be more easy and more informative than the notes..... :) |
