THis functional process indeed develops a postive envoirnment in Corporte company...But this process should be adhered strictly by mentee and mentor both. The mentor should behave like Boss or even feel that way....it will stop the communication flow....

It is not like that. Most of the necessity goods hardly have any scope for differentiation. So many products vying in the same category with almost similar features offerings have to go along with offers and discounts to lure the customers....
