I am in Guwahati, Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd is my first company of my career. I saw that the whole market is open market in oil trend and company cannot take the benefit of "UP" trend market and "DOWN" trend market, at this time the BROKER of the company takes the whole credit of "UP" trend and "DOWN" trend market. But after sometime our CEO looks up and take the decision to setup the distribution. Here, Mr. Rakesh Dubey, RSM has been appointed to take charge up in North East. Mr. Rakesh Dubey Ji plays a vital role in setting up the distribution in North East. And he is now at the stage to setup distribution in most of the town. He also guide me a lot to each and every path where i got hurdles and here is the stage i developed my confidence and Cherise my goal. Till we now achieve our 75% of our Goal and continued.......
