On a broader aspect because for development apart from technical expertise one have to be innovative analytical where in IT services consists of different aspect like maintenance, Technical support where problem solving skills are more required. |
I do agree to it however it doesn't guaranty the exact fit to the job though it ensures a better know how about the candidate. |
I too agree it is being over ambitious as the no. of house holds are only going to increase apart from it tortoise paced working TRAI who was supposed to bring no. portability & 3G service by this year will only delay it further. |
I do endorse Pooja's view as H.R . Policy decisions are in purview of more than a year & any process itself qualifies as long term if it is more than a year. |
I do agree with Pooja. In pursuit of giving education to every one we are compromising with the quality of education. The society should be well learned rather then qualified. |
