A) Role (Current): Global Product Manager for SAP Enterprise Learning & SAP Sustainable Workforce Management. As a Global Product Manager, I am responsible for: - Identifying product investment and growth areas, considering market opportunities & trends, customer value propositions, business benefits & risks. - Strengthening product portfolio by identifying & collaborating with value-adding partners - Managing end-to-end product design, development and delivery. - Enabling SAP internal, partner and customer communities with the knowledge of the product & its positioning. - Positioning the product to leading analysts like Gartner. - Protecting interests against competition by evaluating and preparing battle cards/ rebuttals. - Supporting sales & project teams in key accounts. B) Role: Product Manager for HR Shared Services (ESS & MSS): I was responsible for: - Specifying requirements and guiding development for ongoing HCM developments - Enabling SAP internal and external communities and customers on the latest product features and enhancements. - Modeling business processes that articulate the best value propositions of the solution. - Supporting sales team in key accounts. | ||
