govt should plan a billion dollar project to introduce solar cells to give suitable action against energy crisis .for a long term basis.no doubt indian govt is spending lots of money for rural developement.....but we can find in 60% of rural areas...

True, focus on the distribution side and take stern measures to prevent power theft. The big shots (industrialists and ministers) who don't pay their bills on time should be penalized heavily and their electric connection terminated.
