there are pros n cons of everything around us. Before enough maturity, chatting is not good and i don think that mature persons do chat for longer time than required. So chating is not good according to our discussion topic.

I agree to your views. I would like to add that school students who get addictive to chatting may spend more time to on computer tan doing their studies. AlsoI have seen that chatting esp. on Yahoo bring viruses.

It is really very critical and requires v talented aproach. I think if one has proper forecasting then he would be able to cover all the cost within budget and would feel more confident to plan ahead.

also..i would like to add that backward tracing is always helpful in this regard. I mean, change management is one of the key factor. proper communication with client about your changes and then refine your budget(and all) through back-tracing...
