i agree you i think engineers should also have organization which works in the intresets of the engineers they should also raise their voice.

yes i do agree with parag on this that during a situation like this not only engineers but all other profession has taken a blow and businesses are down and consumer spending is less, and one can't have all the employees when there is no work at...
