Position Description - Sr.Engineer (QA) -(sept,2007 to till date) KEY RESULT AREA : To analyze the line problem and customer complaint during the sheet metal component manufacturing in-house. Programming and Inspection on Coordinate measuring m/c (CMM) make Mitutoyo make. Programming and Inspection on Gear Analyzer (Sigma-3 and Microtop ) of Gears, Spline shafts, Hob Cutter Shaping cutter and shaving cutter. Rectification of the first piece approval and ensure the inspection method during the manufacturing of the gear and shaft. Responsible for the ISIR for customer and make sure the sampling parts. Responsible for the layout inspection and maintain the documents. Responsible for the inspection of the development part and approval also. To co-ordinate with the customer for any kind of problem Co-ordination of production Dept. for defect components, discuss about correct procedure to prevent rejection. Planning and executing quality Improvement Activities Worked with M/S S.K.H. Metals Limited (Gurgaon) As (process and customer support Executive in QA and S.K.H Ltd is TS-16949 certified company .It is sister of KRISHANA MARUTI Ltd and it is manufacturing of Sheet Metal and welding process base component, supplying to MUL,KML,INAPEX INDIA Ltd, DELPHI AUTOMOTIVE,JCB, PIGGAGIO and many other company in India. SKH Ltd product range is AXLE, SILENCER and other Sheet Metal Component. KEY RESULT AREA : Maintain the process of PRESS SHOP component. Involved in new development components and control as per standards and drawing Standardization of system at process stage like as: WSS, Control Plan, First Piece Approval and material handling system and traicibility of product. To analyze the line problem and customer complaint during the sheet metal component manufacturing in-house. Help to Tool Room for rectification of Tool and Die for coming problem and apply the fool proofing system in Die and Tool. Motivated to work person of inspection and grinding rework area. Worked with M/S Shivam Autotech Limited (formally known as a Munjal Auto Components0 as an Engineer QA. MAC is(A ISO-TS 16949, ISO 14001 certified company) is one of the leading company of HERO Group. The company (MAC) is the largest manufacturer of gears and shafts. It is the DOL supplier to Hero-Honda Motors Ltd and also supplying to MICO Ltd., Jaipur. The company has collaboration with (NICHDAI JAPAN).MAC has large Forging and CNC setup with modern techniques and Heat Treatment In House. MAC has around 110 CNC turning center, 10 Broaches M/C, 20 Hobbing M/c, 08 Grinding M/C, 02 Shaving M/c and 02 Shaping M/c. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Worked on Std. Room, Part inspection as (during rotation job) RESPONSIBILITIES: programming on Coordinate measuring m/c (CMM) make Mitutoyo and Zies make. Programming and Inspection on Gear Analyzer (Sigma-3 and Microtop ) of Gears, Spline shafts, Hob Cutter Shaping cutter and shaving cutter. Calibration of all gauge and instruments like as Vernier, Micrometer Dial indicator. Gauge and instrument issue and replace all gauge and instrument (Which frequency is one month) with stand by calibrated duly marked with colour code of current month. Record of calibration result and maintain history card(For External and Internal calibration) Release all MMD (Monitoring Measuring Devices ) to respect function with proper colour code and calibration indicating next due date. Lay Out Inspection as per Year Audits Plane. Inspection of tools like as Broaches and Gear cutting cutter etc Identification of Non- Conformity lots by updating the inspection tag as ( Hold or Rework Lay out inspection of Assembly parts. Focused on line problem during manufacturing part. Maintain Cp and Cpk on process stage and maintain its related control charts. In-house problem solve with the help of SEVEN QC TOOLS. Maintain House keeping and always work on KAIZEN SPECIAL TRAINING and SEMINAR : One day seminar on Selection and use of GEAR CUTING TOOLS organized by M/S SRP TOOLS LIMITED Training on ISO-TS 16949 and ISO 14001 organized by Munjal Auto Component Ltd Training on Engineering metrology organized by M/S Munjal Auto Component Ltd Training on SPC and SEVEN QC TOOLS organized by M/S Munjal Auto Component Ltd Training on MSA organized by M/S Munjal Auto Component Ltd .ACHIEVEMENT: Involvement in implementation of ISO TS 16949 in M/S Munjal Auto Components. | ||
