Brief summary :
I came to Lutheran Community Services two years ago. I serve as the Area Director for Central Oregon. Within this past two years we have moved from three different locations into a newly remodeled modern office environment that allows our staff to integrate mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities. We also provide services to those dealing with domestic violence, DUII and custody mediation. The greatest professional accomplishment of this year has been the development of an agency-wide life coaching program. This program creates a network of 20 life coaches throughout our three state geographic region to work together as one team under my leadership. This program just kicked off at the first of November.
