No it is not.  The IT people only created like this.  As per my view no business will not come down until unless the business is closed. 
as per my view the hospitality market is not down.  we are getting foreigners flow.  But some of categorised hotels not doing good.  Business class hotels and budgetery hotel's business is not come down.
