Brief summary :

My experience with ICICI Prudential Priority Circle, kannur Branch is not a good one. Level 1 and 2 reporting managers of the company are not capable to support a newly appointed employee to be productive. Existing team managers may have good team to work with them as they got opportunity to recruit agents when private insurance was attractive. For new managers, recruitment is not easy because many people have bitter experience with company like ICICI prudential as they were cheated by miss selling. So support of reporting managers is inevitable for the success in the market.

The policy change of the company regarding the commission/benefit of Business Partner also is a bitter experience I had with ICICI Prudential.
