Empowering Others Get the Cooperation of Others Empowering people is the key to building a high-performance team. Once you empower people by learning how to motivate and inspire them, they will want to work with you to help you achieve your goals in everything you do. Your ability to enlist the knowledge, energy and resources of others enables you to become a multiplication sign, to leverage yourself so that you accomplish far more than the average person and in a far shorter period of time. Determine the Key People to Empower There are three types of people that you want to and need to empower on a regular basis. They are, first of all, the people closest to you: your family, your friends,...

It all begins one day, with your birth into the world. Showered with love and affection, you are adored, appreciated and enjoyed... A low self-esteem simply does not exist. Everything around you, indeed the whole universe, is simply an extension of yourself. Although you were cranky when you were hungry, tired or wet, you made no negative judgments about yourself the way adolescents and adults do. You never cried about self-doubt, self-hate, or wanting to be popular. As an infant, you still hold the idea that you're the center of the universe. When you enter the shopping mall - you don't just want a toy - you want the toy store. And then... 20-30-40 years later (after a few 'failures' and m...

Has this ever happened to you? The day after we moved to a small town in Colorado my wife Bev did grocery shopping. We moved few food items with us so she filled four grocery carts full. She asked if she could pay with an out of state check. 'We just moved here,' she explained, 'and don't have local checks yet.' They said, 'Yes, no problem.' But when she began looking for her checkbook, she discovered that she had left it at home. All of the groceries had been checked and sacked. 'I'm so sorry,' she said, 'I thought I had it with me. If I could just leave the groceries here for a few minutes, I'll run home and get the checkbook.' 'Don't worry about it,' the cashier told her. 'Take the groce...

Dear Friends, Our greatest growth in life comes from pushing through our present comfort zone. This process starts at birth. A baby feels safe, warm and secure in its mother’s womb. However, to stay there much longer than the gestation period would mean certain death for both the mother and child. Life began for all of us as we left the comfort and security of the womb and faced the strange and unfamiliar world outside. Our first breath is often a painful experience, a cry of protest at temporary discomfort. Yet without this experience, our life would be fleetingly short. Each milestone of growth and accomplishment for a young child involves leaving an existing comfort zone. The first cra...

Self-Motivation : You Are The BEST...You Are Unique...You Are Different All days are not same...some days are good and some are bad; All people are not same...some appreciate and some criticize; All relatives are not same...some love us and some hate us; We give our best to all assignments...to all projects...to every thing that we do...to every moment of our life...to every minute of a day but the results are not same...sometimes we succeed and some time we fail. There are also days of frustration and disappointments. There are also people who harm us, hurt us and criticize us. There are also people who accept us and others reject us. Sometime the disappointment, frustration, fear, thought...

We have surveyed IT market recently, there are very less number of IT requirements compare to year 2007-2008, This has been affected lot of small staffing base company in India major in Bangalore, In Bangalore there are 6000 consultancy with great work force working behind. In this 6000 consultancy nearly 30% of consultancy owner are VP/HR Manager/Director wife’s or relatives. And all the maximum closer are bagged by them either by front door or by back door. By this work pattern all small or start up company are in deep trouble. Again it will be worst in end of 2009 where IT will slow down and there has been history every 6 years IT Industry has down time.
