To hand over to the shift technician of the following shift in an appropriate fashion with full detailed notes and an appropriate briefing SECONDARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: In addition to Primary Duties and responsibilities as above, Key duties pertaining to various `Operation and Maintenance activities of Maintenance team are sub-divided as under follows: EB incoming including LT and Other Panels for Power Supply and Distribution etc. DG sets and PLC panels monitoring and update the status to duty manager Chiller and chiller pumps monitoring and update the status to duty manager Data Center and Patch room related support functions like air conditioning temperature and humidity reading monitoring and recording etc. Documentation, Check-lists and procedures. Precision A/c units monitoring and update to duty manager Tools Management and monthly audit, for all tools and tool kits held under FM. Preparing Daily and PPM checklists. Tracking the Technicians and House keeping works Make the shift roster as per company requirement Service report, checklists and AMC reports maintaining Update the reports and send to Facility manager Vendor Follow ups Operation, Maintenance and Trouble shooting: Maintenance, Operation and Trouble shooting of controlling panels : A.M.F and Manual Operating System. Diesel Generator Set: Upto-1500KVA. U.P.S: up to - 300 KVA,10KVA A/CS : Centralized A/C, Split A/C, Window A/C. ( Water cooled and Air cooled Chillers) Electrical Wiring and Analyzing of Electrical wiring drawings. Firefighting systems like Pre-action systems, VESDA systems, Fire alarm systems, FM-200 system, Fire extinguishers, Sprinklers and Detectors Maintenance Key responsibilities Carry out repair and Trouble-shooting of system in order to restore system To their operating conditions in the shortest possible time, carry out analysis And supplement action reoccurrence and supplement action prevent Reoccurrence. Attending the Minor problems of EPABX, LAN points etc Knowledge of all relevant standards, Liasioning with Departments like KPTCL. (33/11KVA SUB STATION) Ensure plant Histories Drawings, Data and other appropriate documentation Being is generator and properly filed for the feature reference and review. Monitor and Review utility consumption and work with users to supplement Projects to reduce the consumption wherever possible. Experience in handling civil and mechanical works Like a. plumbing b. Carpentry c. Painting d. Sanitary etc.., Monitoring Daily Consumption of Electricity and Status of all machines. Experience in Servicing the DG SET in the period of A-Check and B-Check. Experience in rectifying the problems at HT side and LT side and Transformer side. Experience in Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Related Systems like U.P.S, D.G SET, A/CS, Controlling Panels, Firefighting systems, Lift, Water Coolers, Earth Fittings, HT, LT side and Door-Closers etc.., I have a knowledge of soft skill service (house keeping and Pantry)
