JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Developing business into Recruitment Process Outsourcing for Domestic and International Market (USA, Gulf and UK), creating new accounts into IT, and Non IT domain.
2. End to end process handling
3. Maintain all statistical data associated with the recruitment of open positions ensuring timely and accurate information processing
4. Handling a recruitment team of 6, Taking their feedback & maintaining MIS.
5. Briefing the recruitment team with the client’s requirement.
6. Maintaining and handling Vendor/Client documents.
7. Keeping the recruitment team update about the upcoming openings with the clients through informal meets.
8. Negotiating with candidates on their CTC and Notice Period with consultants.

1. Getting business from various Business Units (MNCs & SMEs) in all sectors for there Recruitment Process Outsourcing.
2. Maintain & record written correspondences of all candidate & client interface.
3. Maintain all statistical data associated with the recruitment of open positions ensuring timely and accurate information processing
4. Handling a recruitment team of 10, Taking their feedback & maintaining MIS.
5. Briefing the recruitment team with the client’s requirement.
6. Maintaining and handling Vendor/Client documents.
7. Documenting & reviewing the service plan/proposal and ensuring that the services are provided to the clients before the deadline.
8. Keeping the recruitment team update about the upcoming openings with the clients through informal meets.
9. Issuing the invoice to the client and following up the payment procedure.
10. Designing and implementing training activities at companies and institutes

1. Getting business from various EPC companies for Communication Projects.
2. Briefing the technical department with the client’s requirement in terms of deadlines, work progress, Standards & Specifications.
3. Ensuring the enforcement of the company’s construction Standards/Specifications on the EPC work activities on site.
4. Reporting to the QA/QC Manager on the daily Electrical/Instrumentation work progress on site. Solve the FTR, NCR and Punch list issues clearance to complete the work with quality.
5. Reviewing the Contractor’s / Sub- Contractor’s quality control documents: Inspection test plan and Method of statements in line with the job specification.
