Responsibilities:- • Sourcing Candidates through various job Portals, Groups, Reference, Database, Job posting and Bulk mailing. • Screening the profiles according to the Client Requirements, taking their telephonic rounds of interviews, gathering pool of eligible candidates. • Building and maintaining relationships with Candidates on a continual basis through a high volume of phone, e-mail. • Following-up with clients after delivering submittals, interviews to ensure expectations are met • Preparation of monthly reports for the clients about the status of different candidates sent to them. • Recruiting professionals from the Entry level to the VP level. • Co-coordinating and scheduling of Interviews • Doing the reference check based on the references collected from the candidate, across various parameters • Developing and Maintaining the database of resumes
