If the boss is female, the female employees would be more comfortable sharing their problems with the boss. The boss in turn would be able to understand the needs of her female employees and get the work done better.

Yes why not? If female boss got promotion then she will act as a boss. if female subordinate is better than male then obviously she would promote her. Same with male bosses. What do you think that if female subordinate is not doing well even then...

Recently I received a sms on my mobile 'Twice I did good but 'that I heard never Once I did bad that I heard ever' I correlated the same with a seen situation that speaking hundreds of lies will make everyone believe but speaking one truth slowly hardly anyone will accept that. It may look a very small thing but it penetrates deep into the mind when thought over seriously.... This we too may be knowing but may forget at times or ignore.

Fight against corruption is a 'must' to improve our country. Every time it may not be a direct confrontation or one to one fight due to various personal or organisational reasons. How ever, if we keep in our mind that we have to remove corruption...

Punctuality is a trait which goes against our beautifully developed Indian Mindset. Most of us (including me) believe we should stay true to our roots and be an exception at all our appointments by reaching late.

Education/ knowledge in respective field is must to grow. With experience you may operate at same level for life time but education helps you to give shape to your ideas. Interesting example..one art director with 18 yrs experience is drawing 52...

Ya definitely one should go for skills. Marks and percentage can only help a little. You might get some preference while getting placed from the campus, but after that only your skills and talent will help you in your achievements ahead.
Shweta S  |  Argues in support of  |  1 year ago
skills cannot be duplicated by anyone.. they are what you are born with and they are what makes you different from others. talking about percentage, well now a days everybody gets good enough marks by copying or via mugging up. those are not the...

I hate those who see first marks on cv rather than skills interests. suppose a freshers got 65% in BE/B.tech but not having even 60% mark in 10th or 12th , then he or she is not eligible to Most of the IT companies. shame on Indian education...

There are various factors to be considered while deciding on this issue like the age of the person, the brand name of the company, easy availability of jobs in that line in future & how low is the offer as compared to existing salary. One has to...

I feel that "lesser" should be elaborated a bit more here, how much lesser 10-20-50 percent..? I can compromise upto 10% if required more i would try and search for a good company with a good profile and compensation.

I partially agree with you but position do matter, when you look for a better job you will be in a better position but there are certain industry norms for certain position. And the knowledge also matters, if you have the real stuff what the...
