Essar Retail Telecom: Organized telecom retailing, being a new sector, the challenge was to create and establish a brand and also set up the momentum by driving footfalls and creating preference. To TILL The MobileStore is the leader in the category, with over 1400 outlets Tata Teleservices (McCann Erickson): Handled TTSL business between 2005 to 2007, which gave me great exposure to telecom and consumer behavior insights of prepaid and postpaid users. Been a part of key campaigns like Motorazor launch , new brand launch planning etc. Achievements Driven successful initiatives and innovations for TTL like `daily 1hr FM roadblock, `national level award winning OOH executions, national level award winning `BTL Event, `launch of Photon Plus in Gujarat, BlackBerry direct-sales program, sales-oriented BTL programs, celeb-events and major differentiated brand-events. Recognized and appreciated for driving business support campaigns consistently. Certified Assessor of TBEM (Tata Business Excellence Model) and Trained in 6-Sigma Yellow Belt Won several R and R as well as appreciation mails from Top Mgmt (Corp Office) for differentiated innovations (2009-till date at TTL) Won Best Marcom Circle award (Jan 2012) through a series of path breaking innovations Nominated for ASAS (Advanced Seminar In Advertising Skills), Phuket, 2001. Was one of the two Indian representatives from DY and R network. Successfully set up the Everest DY and R office at Bangalore, Aug. `2001 from scratch.
