Brand itself is a Product and sometimes synonymus; Bisleri, Cadbury, Dettol etc. Its the product we use , then appreciate the quality or not.But Brand is an easy tool. "More literacy = less Brand loyalty " , can we say this? 
Here corruption happens in co-operation from all concerned - even terrorists today are corrupt in India
A bad product can turnish a Brand but only one successful product can't create a Brand. Good Brand sometimes introduce bad products, but good product rarely introduced by unsuccesful brand
